The tour officially begins upon arrival to the first city.
The tour officially ends after the final evening’s last scheduled activity.
The tour itinerary is tentative and although unlikely, subject to change. J5 reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary.
Game dates and times are subject to change.
(i) Payment in full is due by June 1, 2024.
(ii) Of the deposit amount, 50% is non-refundable and not included in the calculations for refund.
(iii) Cancellations with NO trip cancellation insurance purchased:
90 days or more prior to departure: 75% of tour cost refunded
60-89 days prior to departure: 25% of tour cost refunded
Less than 60 days prior to departure: No refund
(i) Must be purchased within 2 weeks of the original package purchase date.
(ii) Of the per person deposit, 25% per person is non-refundable and not included in the calculations for refund.
(iii) Cancellations WITH trip cancellation insurance purchased:
90 days or more prior to departure: 100% of tour cost refunded
60-89 days prior to departure: 50% of tour cost refunded
30-59 days prior to departure: 25% of tour cost refunded
Less than 30 days prior to departure: No refund

You understand and agree that we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, any loss of use, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, cost of procurement of substitute services, or any other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, howsoever caused, and on any theory of liability, whether for breach of contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability), or otherwise resulting from: (1) the use of, or the inability to use, our site and/or services, (2) the cost of procurement of substitute services and goods, (3) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, (4) the statements or conduct of any third party on our site, (5) reliance on content or postings on our site, or (6) any other matter relating to our site or our services. You agree to indemnify and hold us and our subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their officers, members, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, claims, demands, disputes, damages or costs of any kind, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of litigation, resulting from or in any way connected with (a) your use of or reliance on our services, (b) your connection to our Site, (c) your violation of this these Terms and Conditions or (d) your violation of any rights of another party.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of your use of our Site, or these Terms and Conditions must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or it shall forever be barred, notwithstanding any statute of limitations or other law to the contrary. Within this period, any failure by us to enforce or exercise any provision of these Terms and Conditions or related rights shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Only the registration as entered into and confirmed by our system will be honored. Any written or printed confirmation that has been altered may be rejected.
